Tim Moran, Managing Partner of Moran & Company Investment Consulting Group, has been recognized by Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network with a Platinum Council distinction for years 2024- 2025, a member of a select group of the firm’s top Financial Advisors in the country. Along with that, he was recognized as Forbes Best in State Wealth Advisor for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.** 

Tim began his career with the investment firm Smith Barney in 1990 and founded Moran & Company Investment Consulting Group in 1997. He holds a degree in Finance from Michigan State University, and is Series 7, 8, 51, 63 and 65 securities registered. 

He is dedicated both professionally and personally. A devoted family man, Tim is married with two adult children. He enjoys free time fishing, is an avid reader and a runner - he has competed in two marathons. He places a great emphasis on participation and contribution to local charities and philanthropic opportunities. His commitments include Mitch Albom’s Say Detroit, Paint A Miracle Studio, and the Robby Atherton Foundation.

As a key member of the Moran & Company Investment Consulting Group, Becky Goodrick was named a Partner in 2012.  Becky shares our singular focus of exceptional client service – and strives to repeatedly deliver it.  She has developed relationships with clients through consistent communication, putting their needs above all else.

In addition, Becky helps ensure that Moran & Company maintains a culture of compliance.  She is responsible for being aware of modifications and changes that require accurate and timely updating, adhering to the regulations that govern the securities industry.

Becky draws from a multi-cultural background.  She was raised in Kyoto, Japan, and then attended Thiel College in Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

She and her husband have raised two children – and are now enjoying three grandchildren! 

They enjoy spending much of their time at their home in Florida.

Leslie Lockhart is a Partner at Moran & Company.  Her commitment to building  relationships has helped to contribute to the growth and success of the advisory practice.  She is responsible for developing our marketing program, which provides continual contact with our clientele, as well as a driving force for referrals.

Leslie holds the FINRA Series 7 securities registration.  She assists with client presentations and portfolio recommendations.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University, studied abroad in France, and is a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority Alumni Association.

Leslie and her husband have raised three children. They are now enjoying seven grandchildren! When time allows, Leslie chooses to volunteer at the Fisher Theatre, travel, or spend time at their summer home on a lake in northern Michigan.

We believe that Amy’s talent and organizational skills are vital to the Moran & Company Investment Consulting Group operations.  She is responsible for executing any client operational request, and resolves them quickly and efficiently.

Amy oversees transactional issues and daily cash requirements for accounts. Processing paperwork for retirement distributions also fall under her direction. Her attention to detail ensures processing is managed, monitored and professional.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and completed her Master’s Degree in Arts and

Sciences from Oakland University.

Amy is married, and she and her husband have two children.
